INPUT:

vT - tangential velocity (/vo)

vz - vertical velocity (/vo)

R - radius (/ro)

z - height (/ro)

gl - use Gauss-Legendre integration (True, currently the only option)

ngl - order of Gauss-Legendre integration

OUTPUT:

p(vT,vz,R,z)
